The Opportunity


Right now we have a 2 Year Fixed Term opportunity for a Remuneration Project Lead to lead a program of work to implement the key recommendations from a cluster-wide review of the senior service remuneration framework, supporting policies and processes operating across Transport.

In addition, this role will support the delivery of other critical remuneration projects, provide analytics, insights and expert advice to the business and deliver remuneration solutions including the evaluation of roles.

About You


You are a talented 'hands on' Remuneration Project Lead with a solid understanding of remuneration practices and have successfully led and driven projects or reforms previously.


You are a self starter, know how to build strong relationships, and pride yourself on always being a step ahead, anticipating and addressing potential issues before they arise.


With experience in policy writing and understanding of job evaluation, you excel in your communication and presentation skills and have proven experience influencing and operating in a complex customer centric environment.
