About us
Legal Aid NSW helps people with their legal problems. We can help people with most areas criminal law, family law and every day civil law legal issues. We give legal advice, help at court and do family dispute resolution. We can do this over the telephone or at one of our 28 offices.


About the role


This role drives the delivery of high-quality ICT services with the responsibility for planning, transitioning, provisioning and managing ongoing support and delivery of cloud and on-premise infrastructure and related systems and platforms.

Responsibilities include day-to-day management of server operating systems, local and wide area networks, cloud infrastructure services, administration tools and monitoring systems, complying with relevant security requirements.


About you
You have extensive experience planning, implementing and managing technology infrastructure in a medium to large organisation. You have previously planned and successfully implemented infrastructure transitions to cloud environments.


You have excellent communication skills and demonstrated capability to engage effectively with senior executive stakeholders, ICT leadership peers, as well as other internal and external stakeholders.

You enjoy leading your team to deliver improvement outcomes in a dynamic agile environment with a great level of autonomy.

You are keen to work for a diverse team, and play a key active role as a member of our ICT leadership team.
