  • Sydney CBD Fringe location with WFH flexibility
  • Free Daily meals, $10/day staff parking
- $700 per day

A Leading Entertainment Organisation is currently seeking a Project Coordinator to join their highly dynamic team.

This is an initial 6 month contract with the opportunity for extension, and will play a critical and vital role in a large remediation program the business is currently undertaking.


About the role:


  • Reporting into a General Manager, you will be working and assisting them on project initiatives, as well as key reporting into the regulatory body
  • You will assist with project updates, milestones, updates, meeting notes and finances
  • You will support the remediation program which is focused on technologies in this space this is within the technology portfolio
  • You will present to Senior Executives and Leadership

About you:


  • 45 years of experience as a Project Coordinator/Administrator
  • Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills (essential)
  • Technology Project Experience
  • Experience working in a highly regulated/compliance heavy environment
- remediation project experience highly desirable

  • You are a hard worker and a team player
