Description
We are seeking a bubbly, positive attitude indivudual to fill our newest role available. Working with us, you will be the first point of contact for all our beautiful clients. You will have your own domain to work within and everything you need to succeed

Your main roles will include but not be limited to:

  • Reception
  • Administration
  • Personal Assistant (to the director)

Duties are:

  • Answering the phone
- relaying messages
- changing scheduled appointments
- rostering of new clients to therapists
- signing up new clients
- accounts payable and receive able

  • Running out of office errands
  • Maintaining the office stock
- contacting local schools for sessions of therapy
- supporting the team with any admin they require

  • Supporting Director with staff onboarding
- answering enquires
- following up on unpaid invoices
- ensuring the office is clean and tidy (we do have a cleaner but general ADHOC required)
- supporting the director with anything required

This is a role for someone who is looking for long term employment, we value staff retenstion muchly.


Essential Criteria:

  • Advanced computer skills
  • Advanced knowledge of word and excel
  • Fast learner
- problem solving ability
- initiative required

  • Proda account
  • NDIS worker screener
- qualifications in business admin or simular

  • Police clearance
  • WWCC

Salary:
$ $30.00 per hour
