About the role:


The Product Manager will be responsible for creating the roadmap for this product, defining the OKRs and delivering high quality customer experiences and business outcomes.

Solving a big customer issue from end to end, from website, data and analytics, fulfilment with an integrated customer feedback loop to drive greater customer satisfaction, engagement and retention is the key for this role.


About you and your skills:


You will be working in an agile environment, where external stakeholder engagement & negotiation and prioritisation is critical to success.

You will have strong skills in narrating a story, understanding data and driving successful outcomes across the organisation.

Your skills

  • A minimum of 23 years' experience as a Product Manager or similar, ideally 4+ years of experience
  • Understand customer engagement and fulfilment operations is preferred
  • A consistent history of delivering measurable results for both users and the business
  • Experience developing & mentoring Product Managers and contributing to the Product Chapter
  • Experience supporting digital channels/startups; experience working in a digitalfirst organisation with a strong customercentric focus
  • Experienced in communicating and rationalising product design decisions
  • Experience working in fast paced environments and comfortable with change
