Responsibilities:
- Ensuring the reception area runs smoothly and efficiently
- Meeting and greeting visitors and suppliers to the site.
- Liaising with suppliers and procurement administration
- Occasional organisation of travel arrangements and bookings on behalf of Directors
- Booking meeting rooms, catering, stationery, and welcoming visitors
- Providing back up support for accounts and finance
- Be the first point of contact for phone calls and visitors
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
Key Criteria:
- Energetic, efficient, proactive and excellent prioritisation skills
- Great communication skills
- Flexible, adaptable and willing to take on new challenges as they arise
- Team player who can also work independently with mínimal supervision
