Troocoo has partnered with a highly reputable organisation in the Insurance industry to find a experienced Test Manager or Test Lead wanting to progress into a manager position, across Automation & Performance Testing.

About the role:

Collaborate with wider test leadership team to find the right balance between functional and automated test coverage. Develop / Maintain Automation frameworks that are fit for purpose and easily supported.
Develop / Maintain a Performance test framework that is scalable to suit the companies growth and addresses both environment, tools and process in the strategy.
Manage Test Lead and Automation Engineers team allocation across delivery teams.
Utilise Agile methodologies where appropriate in your work. Complete appropriate documentation as part of technical, testing and end user requirements.

Experience:

years managing mature Technical Test teams.

Experience implementing and managing Performance Test Frameworks.
Knowledge of the Three amigos and how testing fits within this.
Understanding of Agile testing methods including BDD.
Demonstrated high level of knowledge of functional test practices, tools and techniques.
Demonstrated excellent communication skills, including with technical staff, endusers and management.
