Internationally Operating Packaging company as
Customer Service/Internal Sales Representative.


Responsibilities

  • Working within the Customer Service Team to ensure efficient and effective processing of RFQ to Order release stages.
  • Maintain relationships with customers/ potential customers to ensure customer satisfaction and future business opportunities.
  • Working with internal stakeholders to provide support to external sales team.
  • Answer customer queries in regard to pricing, turnaround and technical information
  • Maintain CRM system.
  • Contribute to Sales target results through coordinated outbound sales processes utilizing company ERP and CRM systems.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Good working knowledge in software programs such as Microsoft Office Suites
  • Sales and Quality Systems familiar with Quality Assurance, CRM software/ procedures
  • Selfmotivated with the ability to work under mínimal supervision.
  • Good networking skills, including ability to network and build rapport.
  • Attention to detail.

Salary:
$44, $72,055.33 per year


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
