As our Talent Business Partner, you will partner with a number of our clients to deliver targeted recruitment activities to attract, engage and hire top talent across all field-based healthcare positions.

This is an opportunity to be a part of a game-changing, high-performing team of talented professionals, whilst being a key driving force for our client's talent strategy.

What your day will look like:

Managing high volume, end-to-end recruitment for roles within a set client portfolio
Proactively identify, attract, and source talent for partners within your portfolio
Adhere to the recruitment process frameworks for each recruitment activity
Ensure that all stakeholders are regularly updated on the progression of all open vacancies
Provide a talent acquisition advisory service to all of your stakeholders
Identify and implement effective and efficient recruitment strategies including promotional activities within your client portfolio
Identify, and implement initiatives for endtoend recruitment processes within your client portfolio
Ensure accurate data is maintained within allocated working systems

Who you are:

You have previous highvolume recruitment experience
You have a solid track record of engaging talent through innovative sourcing strategies
You are passionate about customer service and have proven influencing skills working with a broad range of stakeholders
Nothing is too much and you love to be hands on with a 'can do' attitude
You pride yourself on your exceptional communication, organization and time management skills
