Starting April 17th

The role

Provide a personal and sincere customer experience
Identifying customer needs through effective questioning & active listening skills
Have consultative conversations and provide first call resolutions
Work towards weekly KPI's and maintain an updated database

What You Will Bring to the Role

Demonstrated customer service experience contact centre & insurance experience is highly desirable, face to face service is also highly regarded
Effective questioning & active listening skills are essential
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work well individually and collaborate with a team
Strong problemsolving skills whilst working in a fast paced environment
