The opportunity

Repair breakdowns of all production machinery
New machinery installation and commissioning
Dismantle and reassemble plant equipment.
Service and replace worn parts.
Calibrate and reset machinery.
Complete routine and preventative maintenance tasks on all plant equipment.
Fabrication work welding etc.
General maintenance work across the facility as directed by the Maintenance Manager

About you

Proven experience as a Maintenance Fitter or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and industrial machinery.
Ability to lead and maintain compliance of quality, safety and environmental systems requirements: e.g. ISO 9000, 9001, AS4801, etc.
Strong problemsolving skills and an analytical mindset.
Trade certification or relevant degree in mechanical engineering
