About You
- You may be under going or recently completed a course in interior design or perhaps you just have a keen interest for interiors, but the chance to immerse yourself in the industry is what excites you.
- You understand the value of having a genuine conversation with a customer and identifying exactly what they're looking for.
- Prioritisation and timemanagement come naturally to you. Your motivation drives you to comfortably meet deadlines, whether that's either through following a calendar or making sure your todo list never goes unchecked.
About the Role
You'll add significant value by:
- Creating a warm and welcoming environment for customers as they enter the showroom
- Liaising with the project stakeholders on samples, quotes and lead times in order to provide specific, relevant, and up to date information.
- Asking customers questions to understand their tastes, budget, and timeline to provide a tailored selection of natural stone products.
- Coordinating administrative tasks such as processing customer orders, picking up of materials, stock control and external stone sales team support.
- Ensuring the showroom is immaculately presented at all times, including replenishing brochures, restocking items, and tidying.
