Principal Content Designer Lead - Enterprise Design Practice, Capability and Performance team [Expression of Interest]

$145,682 - $175,260 plus superannuation, permanent position

As a Lead Design Strategist, you are passionate about using design thinking to drive the strategy and design of the content design practice across our 70 product teams and partners.


Your day-to-day- Lead and manage the content design practice to identify opportunities that create business value and provide strategic direction for work.
Collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders to develop strategy and baseline ways of working. Build community, leadership and advocate for best practice. Support and invest in career development, driving a capability uplift and fostering a cross-functional culture of learning and experimentation. Build content practice alliances and rapport for an evidence-based approach across our department and other government agencies.
On your first day you will have- Expertise and strong current experience in defining and driving content design activities across product teams at scale. Proficient in content design practices.
