***THE ROLE
Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, your roles and responsibilities will include the following:
- Timely and accurate entry of orders, processing invoices and filing
- Provide product and pricing information to customers
- Coordinate strategies to ensure customer issues are resolved quickly and efficiently
- Build strong relationships with regular customers
- Liaise with sales and internal teams
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Experience in a product or manufacturing environment
- An understanding of order process and supply chain
- Excellent communication skills and bright, confident manner
- High level of attention to detail
- Computer literate
- Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
