THE ROLE
Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, your roles and responsibilities will include the following:

  • Timely and accurate entry of orders, processing invoices and filing
  • Provide product and pricing information to customers
  • Coordinate strategies to ensure customer issues are resolved quickly and efficiently
  • Build strong relationships with regular customers
  • Liaise with sales and internal teams

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Experience in a product or manufacturing environment
  • An understanding of order process and supply chain
  • Excellent communication skills and bright, confident manner
  • High level of attention to detail


  • Computer literate

  • Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
