    The Company
    Our client is a builder who have grown from a small fit out company to one of Australia's largest contractors in the past 30 years. Their national project portfolio varies from a $1M fit out to projects as large as $500M.

    Their QLD operation has been operating for 22 years and deliver a mixture of fit outs/large refurbs and new build construction projects to a value of $500M. They have a fantastic name in the QLD market and a name that turns most people's head.

    The role –Contracts Administrator - $100M project
    The Brisbane office have recently been successful in securing a large student accommodation project valued at $100M which will be located at Southport.

    We are looking for a Senior CA/Contracts Manager to be the commercial lead on the project. They have another potential large project starting on the Gold Coast towards the end of the year. If this occurs there will be an opportunity for this person to climb the ladder and be the Commercial manager on the Gold Coast across these two large projects.

    What we are looking for:

    • A construction degree
    • Previous experience with a well known builder in the Tier 1, Tier 2 space
    • Experience on projects of $60M plus
    • Anything from 10 years plus experience as a CA
    • Stability on your CV
    • A team player
