The Business Insights team at Novo Nordisk Oceania is a dynamic and collaborative group focused on driving business growth and making a positive impact on patient lives.

The position
As a Business Insights Specialist at Novo Nordisk, you will:

Analyse and interpret complex data sets to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify business opportunities and drive growth.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform business strategy and communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Manage and mentor a team of analysts to ensure highquality deliverables.

Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or related field.
5+ years of experience in business analytics, consulting, or related field.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills. Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and Tableau.
Experience managing and mentoring a team of analysts with excellent communication and presentation skills.
Must be an Australian Citizen or have full working rights in Australia.
