Monday: 8.30am - 1.30pm
Tuesday: 8.30am - 1.30pm
Wednesday: 8.30am - 1.30pm
Thursday: 8.30am - 1.30pm
Friday: 8.30am - 1.30pm

We're looking for a part-time Customer Banking Specialist to lead at our Oatlands Branch. In this role, you will:

Engage in detailed discussions with customers to understand and address their banking needs
Conduct Financial Health Checks to evaluate customers' financial requirements
Offer banking solutions through in-branch technology and digital options
Solve problems efficiently, adhere to procedures, and promote a risk-averse culture

We're Seeking Individuals With

Experience in delivering exceptional customer service, preferably in Financial Services, Retail, or Hospitality
Strong communication skills and the ability to explain financial terms clearly
Problem-solving abilities, integrity, and customer-centricity
Capability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, providing holistic solutions to customers
