Super Retail Group are looking for a Supply Chain Planning Analyst based at their Strathpine office in Brisbane.

The role will be responsible for performing analysis of Super Retail Group supply plans to ensure the right products are in the right place at the right time.

The role will also be expected to provide insight and commentary about opportunities to improve and be an active contributor within the Sales and Operations Planning forums.


The key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Provides input, analysis, reporting and recommendations on the shape of Inventory & Capacity Plan to support planned sales
  • Engages with brands to support the alignment to a single accurate and achievable supply plan through iterative improvement and optimisation of supply plans
  • Review the supply chains long terms risks and opportunities and endeavours to manage these prior to brands or operational teams being impacted
  • Identifies opportunities to optimise brands inventory to deliver cost, service, or safety benefits, as well as assisting with KPI setting and reporting
  • Actively contribute to a team with the goal of improving our way of working and solving problems as they arise

About You:


  • Loves problem solving and actionoriented analytics
  • Enjoys working in a dynamic environment
  • Thrives in a team environment and enjoys interacting with people
  • Some exposure to Demand, Replenishment and/or Supply Planning (not essential)
  • Previous analytical experience, preferably resulting in actionable insights
  • Onthejob experience or tertiary qualification in commerce, business, data science, mathematics, statistics, computer science and/or similar undergraduate
