About the Role
Victoria 2026 is searching for a motivated project administrator to join our team as the Games Services Coordinator (Security).

This role will be responsible for supporting the full life cycle of projects, assurance, and compliance functions within the Organising Committees' (OC) Security Directorate.

This fast-paced administrative role will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to offer project support, administration and undertake secretariat duties for key committees and working groups.

This is the perfect role for a hardworking and aspirational individual to gain exposure across the entire Games Services team, with the opportunity learn and grow into the role and make a real impact from day one


To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Experience in project administration, including the development of project plans, writing briefs and taking accurate Minutes
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a successful team
  • Strong administration and documentation capabilities, supported by good presentation, and communication skills
  • Exceptional time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work with a diverse range of stakeholders, including law enforcement and security agencies, with the ability to quickly grasp complex planning and operational issues
  • It would be highly regarded if you have experience working with compliance, assurance, or procurement functions and/or relevant tertiary qualifications
