The Role
Other key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Processing, monitoring and following up of orders etc. utilising our internal systems
  • Manage customer and prospective customer queries and questions
  • Work closely with the sales and production teams to ensure timely response
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
  • Update customer details such as price increases, contact details etc

What you can bring to the role:

  • Solid prior Customer Service experience within the manufacturing environment, heavy industry, FMCG or Ecommerce ideal
  • Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to prioritise in a fast paced and highly dynamic environment
  • Technically savvy with solid system and computer skills
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build meaningful relationships with all stakeholders and customers
  • Be a real team player and an organised individual who stays calm under pressure
