As a
Retail Manager with an energetic outlook, you will fill the requirements of the day-to-day running in this fast-paced environment, no day will be the same as you work as part of a supportive management team.
You will need good leadership and planning, the ability to continually improve in areas of key results, engage your team and foster the development a good culture, drive the team for positive results and add value to the partnership of key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve financial goals for the store, through KPIs
- Attract and retain great talent for the business
- Manage rosters and wage budget
- Store Presentation and growing business through VIP customer database
- Develop and mentor the sales team to provide exceptional customer service
Skills & Experience Required
- Previous retail experience, preferred
- Sound computer literacy, Microsoft
- Experience in stock and inventory control
- People management, leadership skills
- Customer Service focus
- Workplace, health and safety
- Physical fitness
- Good communicator, both verbal and written
