We are seeking a full-time education consultant with expertise and experience in the use of generative artificial intelligence.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?


You will work alongside others to author and implement the
AISNSW Generative AI Strategy, to develop AI Protocols and to design and deliver learning for
AISNSW staff.

You will have opportunities to identify and project-manage AI-focused process improvements for
AISNSW operations.

WHAT WILL BE YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES?

  • Defining the
    AISNSW Generative AI Strategy and implementation plan.
  • Collaborating to deliver highquality professional learning and support to schools.
  • Creating and using generative AI related assets which support schools and teachers.
  • Establishing and managing consultative mechanisms between
    AISNSW and leaders and teachers in NSW independent schools to understand and deploy generative AI
  • Creating protocols and guidelines for generative AI use.
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement and innovations within
    AISNSW and schools, as well as the development of project plans to support these.
  • Other duties as required by the Chief Executive.
WHAT SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES WILL YOU HAVE?

  • Serviceoriented mindset.
  • Active engagement and understanding of generative AI. It would be an advantage if you had an appreciation of generative AI in a school context.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Collaboration will be a key to success in this role. You will be highlyskilled in this, and very relational, with strengths in building and maintaining professional connections.
  • Confidence to deliver and ability to engage groups of adult learners in professional learning experiences via a range of modes.
  • Analytical thinking, with the ability to analyse data, and notice trends to inform decisionmaking.
  • Creativity, adaptability, and solutionsfocused tendency.
  • Demonstrated leadership capability; changemanagement experience will be considered favourably.

WHAT WE NEED:


  • Fulltime availability, Sydneybased role.
  • Capacity to work in an office environment.
  • NSW Working with Children Check.
  • A current NSW Driver's License.
  • Undergraduate education qualifications in Education.
