Your New Role- Provide excellent operational support that strengthens the responsivity of the team

  • Lead professional development opportunities for the team in line with NAATI recertification requirements and organisational values
  • Work with RMH stakeholders and the wider community to improve culturally responsive and aware services
  • Support the interpreter team administratively to meet operational needs through staff scheduling, invoice processing, and responding to escalated interpreter and translation requests


About You- Use your NAATI Interpreter and/or Translator knowledge to grow the skills and support the team in providing safe, timely and effective patient centred care.


  • You have excellent communication skills and a track record of improving culturally safe services and care
  • You are proactive and have demonstrated problem solving skills with a solutionsbased approach You have previous administrative experience and ability to priorities tasks to effectively support a busy workgroup
