Diverse HR/ Operations Management role within the commercial property industry.

  • 4 days per week enjoy a long weekend every weekend.
- $135k package (pro rata).

Our client is a successful privately-owned Commercial agency established as a leader in retail leasing in the Perth market.

Renowned for their high level of service and track record of delivery, they have worked on an impressive list of key projects and manage an ever-expanding portfolio.

They have a loyal, long-standing team of hardworking, energetic and highly impressive property professionals, and a culture that is inspirational, the team is focused and highly capable.


They are looking for someone familiar to the commercial property or similar industry, this will be an integral part of the business and a combination role of Human Resources and Office Management.

The role is 4 days per week.


You will be responsible for:


  • Assisting in the development and implementation of best practice policies, procedures and systems;
  • Developing and providing HR information reports and analysis as required to support business requirements.
  • Recruitment, and preparing HR correspondence and communications (e.g. Employment Offer & Employment Contracts, End of Probation Period notices, parental leave, higher duties, incentive payments and salary reviews)
  • General office management, administration and operations.
  • Any other assigned tasks relevant to the role.

Skills and Experience:


  • Degree qualification in Human Resources Management (desirable but not essential).
  • At least 5 years experience in a similar role.
  • Experience working in, and understanding of the commercial property industry.
  • Proven time management skills to effectively deliver multiple priorities.
  • Experience in working in a highly confidential work environment.
  • Excellent computer skills including the ability to utilise a range of information systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to influence.
  • Sound understanding of Australian industrial relations, employment legislation, taxation, superannuation and accounting regulations.
  • Displays passion for work.
  • A 'Can Do' attitude with an open mind.
