Due to an exciting phase of growth in our Human Resources Advisory practice, we are searching for an accomplished and experienced Human Resources Advisory / Consulting professional to join our Melbourne team, as an Associate Director.


Main responsibilities

  • Builds and takes ownership of key business relationships by managing others to deliver quality work.
  • Manages the preparation, delivery, reporting and evaluation for assigned projects and engagements, taking responsibility of those larger and higher risk projects and engagements.
  • Provides advanced technical knowledge, direction, and training to others.
  • Participates in team practice decisions including resource allocation, career development of people and other people management decisions.
  • Has a focus on business development, building networks and people development. Actively collaborates within the firm through engagements and networks.
  • Contributes to the firmwide purpose to inspire confidence & empower change.

Qualifications:


  • Specialises and maintains specific Human Resources focus, being aware of issues and needs.
  • Demonstrated career experience delivering significant HR transformation in both consulting and industry sectors
  • Demonstrates strong communication and impact skills and commercial understanding.
  • Business Development or Sales Experience
  • Hands on project management and project delivery experience
