Due to an exciting phase of growth in our Human Resources Advisory practice, we are searching for an accomplished and experienced Human Resources Advisory / Consulting professional to join our Melbourne team, as an Associate Director.

Main responsibilities

Builds and takes ownership of key business relationships by managing others to deliver quality work.
Manages the preparation, delivery, reporting and evaluation for assigned projects and engagements, taking responsibility of those larger and higher risk projects and engagements.
Provides advanced technical knowledge, direction, and training to others.
Participates in team practice decisions including resource allocation, career development of people and other people management decisions.
Has a focus on business development, building networks and people development. Actively collaborates within the firm through engagements and networks.
Contributes to the firmwide purpose to inspire confidence & empower change.

Qualifications:

Specialises and maintains specific Human Resources focus, being aware of issues and needs.
Demonstrated career experience delivering significant HR transformation in both consulting and industry sectors
Demonstrates strong communication and impact skills and commercial understanding.
Business Development or Sales Experience
Hands on project management and project delivery experience
