1x full time, fixed term until 2/02/2025
1x part time, 0.6FTE (6 days per fortnight), fixed term, up until 29/09/2024

Working within the Recruiting Services Branch, Recruitment & Deployment Division, located at the Victoria Police Centre, 311 Spencer Street, Docklands.
Victoria Police is a contemporary and agile workplace and supports flexible working arrangements.
Your duties will include:
- Day to day administrative tasks as required.
- Vetting of documents and databases.
- Drafting reports with recommendations.
- Dealing with applicant enquires and providing advice on process.
- Maintaining systems and databases.
- Research and vetting into applicants' suitability.
- Analysing information and probing for facts.
- Write triage reports and recommendations for senior stakeholders' consideration.
- Liaising with stakeholders.
- Providing advice on selection processes.
As the successful applicant, you will have:
- Demonstrated office support experience with the ability to effectively perform and coordinate administrative and customer service tasks.
- Proven ability to respond flexibly to client needs, providing advice and solutions in a polite and considerable manner.
- A Fitness qualification would be desirable, however is not mandatory.
- An understanding of Victoria Police Intelligence assessment tools.
- Welldeveloped data entry skills with experience in the maintenance of comprehensive records (manual and computerised) and reports.
- Demonstrated ability to work cohesively in a team.
- Welldeveloped interpersonal communication skills, strong verbal and written communication skills and a highlevel attention to detail.
- Demonstrated experience with managing and end to end recruitment function.
- Ability to draw inferences from various sources to make a recommendation.
