About the role:

Reporting to the Community Manager, this is a fulltime position working Monday-Friday.
You will attend to various maintenance requests to create a safe and pleasant environment for residents, visitors, staff and others
Liaise directly with staff to ensure maintenance tasks & projects undertaken are safe and timely
Be an approachable and friendly face to the residents as you attend to projects around the community
Complete adhoc tasks in line with your skills to ensure the community is operating smoothly

About you:

Experience in General Maintenance and Handyperson skills
Ability to work unsupervised and manage multiple requests
Valid driver's licence (required)
A friendly person willing to go the extra mile for the residents
Current COVID19 Vaccinations
