Must Have Previous Accounting Practice Experience in Similar Role

  • Full time or Part time available

Fantastic opportunity for an Practice Administrator to join a friendly boutique CPA firm in the Docklands.


Duties and responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • ASIC and corporate secretarial duties
  • ATO correspondences
  • Notice of Assessments / TFN, ABN, ASIC incorporations
  • Income tax and BAS lodgement listing
  • Collations of documents
  • PA duties for the director, diary management / typing / bookings etc.

Skills & Experience:


  • 3 + experience in a similar role is highly regarded
  • Strong Microsoft Office and Outlook skills
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • IT savvy
  • Highly organised with strong communication skills
  • Excellent presentation
