The Opportunity
The Monash Business School prides itself on its strategic research and development. Join our prestigious Research Services portfolio as a Graduate Research Coordinator for 12 months to enhance our student experience.

Reporting to the Graduate Research Manager, the focus of this role will be on the end-to-end graduate student management processes, particularly within the Admissions and Scholarships portfolio.

As part of a dedicated team, you will also contribute to the coordination of events for graduate research stakeholders, and to a range of projects as we continuously improve our service offering.

Your problem-solving skills and attention to detail will be integral to day-to-day workflows, as well as contributing to longer-horizon projects and business process improvement.

Your strong interpersonal skills will be essential for providing supportive and empathetic pastoral care to graduate research students from diverse cultural backgrounds.
