We are on the lookout for a dynamic Store Manager to join our VANS Bundoora team. In this role, you will lead, inspire, and coach a team of VAN's Obsessed Casuals with the support of your Assistant Store Manager. Collaborating closely with your Area Manager, you will drive sales, foster teamwork, and pinpoint business growth opportunities.The role & responsibilities:

Ensure smooth store operations to meet sales targets, KPIs, visual presentation, stock levels, wage management, and shrinkage
Motivate the team to excel in KPIs & added value targets
Monitor sales closely to reach daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly targets, recognizing achievements and identifying improvement areas
Manage wage costs in line with targets and company standards
Coach and guide the team to boost morale, encourage individual growth, and implement training and succession plans
Uphold OH&S policies and comply with national safety regulations

To be successful in this role, you will have:

1+ years of Retail Store Manager experience in a fast-paced setting
A motivated & driven mindset
A passion for leading and inspiring teams towards success
Strategic thinking abilities to identify growth opportunities and a track record of driving sales and KPIs
Proficiency in stock control, visual merchandising, roster management, and wage control
