About Us


In Workforce Advisory, you'll use your skills in HR, Management, Psychology and Social Science to help organisations realise and discover the potential of their workforce.

Our team works across various areas, including Reward Advisory Services, HR Operations Advisory and Diversity and Inclusion Consulting.


You will be working with clients to reshape the future of their workforce by providing specialist advice to navigate the changing nature and growth of their workforce.

You will support clients to reward and incentivise their workforce, increase employee engagement and retention, and establish inclusive workplaces by disrupting barriers to inclusion.


You will work with PwC organisational strategists, HR practitioners, and regulatory, tax, technology and employment specialists to help our clients improve organisational performance, deliver sustained outcomes and unleash the potential of their people.


About the Opportunity
In the Workforce Advisory team, you'll find yourself in a culture that values wellbeing and working together.

You'll use your skills in problem-solving, data analytics and visualisation, and stakeholder management to make an impact across various industries.

What will a normal day look like? Well, you can count on that everyday you will:

  • Work within a high-performing team and collaborate closely with other parts of PwC whilst working with some of the leading workforce advisory professionals in Australia to support clients to optimise their employee experience
  • Deliver projects across a portfolio of clients and industries relating to people, reward and performance strategy, design, and implementation advice and services
  • Contribute to public commentary and thought leadership regarding better human resources, leadership, diversity and inclusion, reward and performance practices in the Australian market our team at PwC are passionate about affecting change for our individual clients and society more broadly
As a graduate in Workforce Advisory, the top three skills you'll need to hit the ground running are:

  • A degree in Commerce, Business, Human Resources, Psychology or Social Sciences
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • An interest in data analytics and visualisation
