An opportunity exists for an experienced light vehicle mechanic to join a workshop in Mount Gravatt.

We are a busy team and work on a variety of light vehicles and strive to provide our customers with a great experience and service.

You will work as part of a busy team and play a supportive role to the Workshop Manager.

This will include customer service and sales, management of the workshop and staff, training and coaching as well as working on the tools performing a variety of repairs including but not limited to vehicle servicing, diagnostics and fault finding, brakes and suspension and minor repairs.

This position is full time, Monday to Friday, and every second Saturday. Working within a great team environment we can offer you support and also career progression opportunities.

_Duties;_

Oversee the day to day of the workshop
Provide support to the Store Manager
Vehicle servicing
Diagnostics and fault finding
Brake and suspension repairs
Minor and major repairs
Tyre changing, balancing and wheel aligning

_Skills & Experience;_

Trade qualified light vehicle mechanic
Previous experience in a lead/senior mechanic position
Current driver's licence
Great communication
Ability to work well as part of a team
