Duties include but are not limited to:

Viadux NSW/ACT works every day to be the most progressive and responsive supplier of Water Network Solutions.
Become a part of a team who supply some of NSW and the ACT's most iconic infrastructure projects.
We have the ability and experience to provide all the necessary support and training you will need in this challenging role.
The successful applicant needs to have demonstrated outstanding customer service and attention to detail.

Role Requirements

Process stock availabilities, price quotations, give order status advice and technical information of general sales order enquiries
Coordinate externally sourced stock purchasing and accurately input purchase details into computer system in a timely manner.
Coordinate large infrastructure projects across NSW.
File documentation relating to the above tasks.
Develop and follow up customers and quotes via Salesforce.
Ensure compliance with company's policies and procedures, the Act and other regulatory requirement.

To be successful previous experience in providing outstanding customer service is essential. Attention to detail is a must in this exciting role.
