Pay range:
$ $69.00 p/h ex super

About the role:

The Project Officer will develop and support the delivery of relevant project, governance and assurance reports.

Duties

Undertake a wide range of administrative support activities, including secretariat, brief and paper development Undertake procurement, recruitment and contract management activities, and project and financial reporting

Required experience/skills

Excellent planning and organisational skills, including ability to meet deadlines with competing priorities and delivering work to a high standard with good attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a good communication aptitude.
Ability to draw on a range of reference materials to prepare detailed reports both periodically and adhoc.
Ability to make decisions with some autonomy and undertake work of moderate complexity under limited supervision. Ability to analyse reports and information and identify and contribute to the resolution of issues and problems.
