The company
A renowned experience design consultancy that has a global reach is looking for a Senior Designer. With strong ethical and moral compass to prioritise and focus on work with social impact. A small team of 13, this is a critical role for the business.

A very close-knit team, this role would suit someone who wants to have a hybrid work model and enjoy working closely with a team (including an office dog).


The opportunity

This is a highly unique opportunity to join a renowned experience design and technology consultancy that look to achieve a positive global impact through design led solutions.

As the Senior Designer you will report directly into the co-founder and be a key decision maker in the team.


DUTIES

  • Bring your concepts and ideas that push boundaries on how people interact with the client's products.
  • Be passionate with a refined close eye to detail.
  • Collaborate with Technical, UX and Production teams, maintain clear lines of communication with the teams ensuring projects are delivered on budget and time.
  • Keeping agency's brand in mind while helping drive agency forward, never compromising on the quality of work.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • 5+ years working in agency, studio or a startup environments delivering high quality interaction design for web and mobile platforms
  • Outstanding knowledge of design processes, visual theory and principles
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Suite, animation tools such a Framer and After Effects
  • Strong research led validation experience and skills
  • Understanding of pattern libraries to full design systems.

CULTURE
Close knit team that like to work together in person and virtually. Hybrid model is preferred. So if you want to be fully remote this is not the role for you.
