Join our Investment and Capital Markets team as an Analyst. You will be part of a team that executes a range of high-profile transactions and will interact with the Development and Investment Management businesses and the Functions.About the Role
The Investment and Capital Markets team is responsible for the introduction of institutional capital and joint venture partners to support the business through the establishment of new investment vehicles to deliver our development pipeline alongside Lendlease.
Sitting within the Lendlease Development Business, this role will provide critical support to a variety of colleagues and help to inform business decision making through financial analysis and modelling.
- Build and maintain the financial models underpinning the investment strategies, which may include updating the model with assumptions, running various scenarios to test different capital strategies and producing succinct summaries of the results.
- Contribute to compilation of investor pitch material by interacting with different parts of the business to gather required information, create research slides etc. and understanding the underwrite
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and teams to obtain information, whilst also building strong working relationships with external stakeholders.
The skills you'll need:
To be successful in this role, you will be able to work autonomously to interpret data, translating this into financial models that support the business to make key decisions.
You will have:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Engineering, Accounting, Economics, Finance, Corporate Finance or Property Finance.
- Experience working as an Analyst or similar capacity within investments will be highly regarded.
- Experience and/or knowledge of financial services and property management industries, investment management principles, and relevant accounting and tax regulations and legislation.
- Financial modelling and analytical skills with the ability to create, amend and test financial models and forecasts.
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
- Able to build strong working relationships with a variety of stakeholders through effective written and verbal communication.
