All Aspects Recruitment & HR Services are currently seeking an AO5 Engagement Officer, Digital Projects for a temporary role until 30/6/2023

$60.25 per hour including casual loading

Browns Plains, QLD location

Duties include:******:
-
Assist with developing digital engagement initiatives that will help key stakeholders to contribute to fire ant eradication.
***:
-
Work alongside other members of the team to develop customer-centric content and interactive services using web content management systems and tools and usability testing techniques.
***:
-
Use customer-centric service design principles in the delivery of digital communication projects helping to obtain essential insight to improve customer satisfaction and increase efficiency.
***:
-
Use effective reporting, evaluation metrics and analysis to inform future web and digital communication and engagement strategies.
***:
-
Maintain positive relationships, engaging effectively with stakeholders in the Program, department and across Queensland Government, and external stakeholder groups.
***:
-
Support the team with managing the Program's digital presence, including its website and social media accounts.
***:
-
Confidently assist with managing multiple projects while meeting hard deadlines and budgets.
***:
-
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Program by actively innovating and improving strategies, processes, and systems.

Requirements:******:
-
A relevant qualification in communication, engagement or digital design would be highly regarded.
***:
-
Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as Canva, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere, etc).
***:
-
Familiarity with web content management and data analytics systems such as Squiz Matrix and, Google Analytics and interactive dashboards.
***:
-
Experience working in government departments would be advantageous.
