Up to $200,000 + super- FIFO
- 1:1 roster
- Civil Engineering (Mining and resources)
TEN Recruitment are in partnership with a WA owned earthmoving and mining contractor who specialise in bulk earthworks, supply of mobile mining and earthmoving equipment, road haulage and heavy transportation, and rehabilitation services.
This is an exciting leadership and management opportunity with an established Civil Engineering contractor working on a key project for the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading a strong safety culture within the skilled operations team
- Effectively managing resources to ensure achievement of production targets
- Driving operational efficiencies
- Delivering effective leadership and supervision through engagement, guidance, support and feedback to teams and individuals
- Delivering and adhering to the planned rollout of project activities
- Contribute to End of Month reporting and contract management
Essential Criteria:
- Minimum of 5 years production supervisor experience in Civil Engineering
- Experience in bulk earthworks
- Rio Tinto experience (desirable)
- Australian working rights
- Current C class drivers licence
- Relevant construction / civil engineering related qualifications
