The Role


Due to the retirement of a long-standing team member an opportunity to join the highly sought after Parcel Property team has become available.

Forming part of a small but dynamic high-performing team, the Estate Manager will boast extensive product and industry knowledge with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences for our Buyers, Builder Consultants, and Broker.

As one of the two Estates Managers at Parcel, you form a critical part of the company and will be driven by your commitment to build strong builder relationships and nurture direct customers enquiries across all Parcel Land Developments.

***Key duties of this role include: - Achieve sales rates that are aligned to your KPI's and performance objectives

  • Support company strategies relating to cancellations and settlements
  • Respond to direct lead enquires within the structured timeframe, resulting in the conversion of enquiries to sale
  • Build comprehensive knowledge across all Parcel Developments as well as local competitors
  • Regularly visit local Display Villages to enhance builder partnerships
  • Attend Builder functions in accordance with the Parcel Builder Strategy
  • Generate new business opportunity through regular oneonone builder engagements, and direct enquires
  • Be professional, in communication and customer service with internal and external stakeholders
  • Process sales related paperwork accurately and timely

Essential

  • Experience in Land Development sales

  • Customer centric, empathetic and a passion for delivering a great service
  • Commitment to flexible working hours with the ability to work autonomously
  • C Class Drivers Licence
