The roleTemporary opportunity for an experienced IT Specialist who is collaborative, dedicated and will contribute to our positive and participatory team culture.
You will joing the team to provide high level technical skills in the analysis of IT system issues and the formulation, design and provision of appropriate solutions and improvements.
To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrated ability to provide high level of technical expertise to provide technical direction, standardisation, professional advice and support of enterprise infrastructure in a large customer focused organisation.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and promote Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) processes based on the ITIL framework, primarily incident / problem / change / release / configuration management

- Demonstrated technical expertise and experience in some of the following technology domains to analyse ICT system issues, and contribute to the design and implementation of appropriate solutions and improvements
SYSP 4; TECH 4, HSIN 5)
- Cloud Technologies (Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS))
- Cloud Automation (Azure DevOps, ARM Templates, CloudFormation Templates)
- Azure Active Directory
- Identity & Federation Services
- Scripting Languages (PowerShell, Python, Shell, etc)
- Microsoft Windows Server and Linux Server (OS)
- Active Directory/DNS / DHCP / Group Policy
- Demonstrated ability to provide high level of technical expertise to provide technical direction, standardisation, professional advice and support of enterprise infrastructure in a large customer focused organisation
- Welldeveloped oral and written communication skills to enable effective interaction in individual and group situations and the ability to maintain relevant registers and develop reports for management. (NHS Effective and Strategic influencing

- Ability to meet service delivery targets and implement quantifiable service improvements by coordinating multiple tasks within agreed priorities, time frames and working unsupervised. (NHS Drive for Results)
