Our Technician Team Leader is responsible for strengthening customer relationships and to improve our market position by delivering outstanding repair and After Market Services that exceed customer needs and outperforms our competitors in quality, service level and value.

What you need is:


  • Managing and coaching experience with a team of 6+ members
  • Proven track record of achieving targets, KPI's & tight deadlines
  • Exemplary time management skills
  • Continuous improvement mindset with experience driving a safe work culture
  • Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills
  • Ability to collaborate and have strong relationships with a range of stakeholders across functions and levels
  • Demonstrated experience in managing dynamic operations and process changes
  • Exposure to LEAN process systems would be advantageous
  • Can effectively explain and communicate targets to team members, translate KPI's and link back to business
