The Role
Reporting to the Assistant Director of Corporate Services, Communications and Stakeholder Relations, the Digital Communications Officer, you will be part of a small team responsible for website content and design, external communications including social media, branding support and advice, stakeholder relations and engagement and delivering the outreach program.
Duties and Responsibilities
Responsibilities of the APS Level 5 may include:
- Experience working and publishing on Drupal Content Management System or a similar Content Management System
- Developing content for social media platforms and responding to comments and messages
- Knowledge of marketing, event management and communications
- Knowledge of PowerPoint, Canva and Infographic formats
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and other digital marketing evaluation techniques.
- Developing communication strategies and implementing deliverables and campaign activities
- Assistance and development of correspondence intended for a broad range of stakeholders including ministers, senior executives, internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to establish and maintain mutually beneficial working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Development and production of communication products.
