Our client is a market leading AV production and hire company who provide state-of-the-art solutions to all styles of events, conferences and exhibitions.

Currently in a strong growth phase, our client is actively seeking to strengthen their production team with the addition of new technical staff.

The opportunities available range from Technicians through to Project Managers + Technical Directors. Could you be who we are looking for?

The role:

Work with a company that create development pathways and succession plans to see you grow
Work with a company that deliver more than 1000 events a year for over 250 clients
Part of a large, multiskilled team you will have the opportunity to be mentored in areas you need to improve
As a leading supplier nationwide, you can expect opportunities for travel
Work with a range of clients from government, corporate, agency, pco + more
Our client has the largest range of Audio, Visual, Staging, Lighting and Rigging inventory in Australia so there is no shortage of new technology to grow your craft with
Our client prioritises a worklife balance and ensures staff aren't overworked wth policies in place to prevent this
You will have experience working in audio visual in an event environment (the level of experience required will depend on the role you are interested in)

Salary & Benefits:

- $70-$120K plus super (dependent on level of experience)
