The Opportunity


In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for identifying and exploring new opportunities to grow the business by selling the benefits of our products to builders, contractors, architects, designers and DIY customers.


Some key responsibilities will include:


  • Provide exceptional customer service for all our customers
  • Assist in daily activities, delivering on retail standards, inventory, safety, revenue and cost management
  • Process orders, invoices, payments and stock control
  • Maintain high standards of displays and merchandising
  • Warehouse operations including picking orders, inventory counts and general housekeeping
  • Load and unload customer vehicles, semitrailers of plasterboard with a forklift and put stock away
  • Ensuring documentation, labelling and presentation of product is adhered to, as well as requirements under chain of responsibility
  • Contribute towards the achievement of store revenue and margin budgets
  • Friendly, engaging, confident and resilient
  • Strong customer service
  • Flexible attitude and enjoys a challenge "No job too small, no task too great"
  • Enjoys working in a tightknit team environment
  • Physically fit comfortable doing a 25kg single lift
  • Valid forklift license or willingness to obtain one

Hours of Work:

- _Monday to Friday_: 06:00am to 3:00pm

  • Saturday
- fortnightly: 06:00am - 11:00am
