A fantastic opportunity for a Receptionist/Office support based in the Eastern suburbs Our client is seeking someone with a go-getter attitude who is looking for step in the door within a professional practice


Duties:


Responsibilities:


  • Answering incoming calls
  • Meet and greet all clients
  • Liaise with clients and other organisations in person and over the phone
  • Preparing packs for clients and sending any letters
  • Scanning, filing and archiving
  • Assist with adhoc administration tasks to support the accountants
  • Strong client / customer focus & ability to build strong relationships

Must have experience within a financial services, legal or accounting firm:


  • Must have work experience within Australia only:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
