Must have previous experience in a financial services, legal or accounting firm- Work close to home in the Eastern suburbs

Duties:
Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls
- Meet and greet all clients
- Liaise with clients and other organisations in person and over the phone
- Preparing packs for clients and sending any letters
- Scanning, filing and archiving
- Assist with adhoc administration tasks to support the accountants
- Strong client / customer focus & ability to build strong relationships
Skills & experience:

Must have experience within a financial services, legal or accounting firm:
Must have work experience within Australia only:- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to take initiative
- Strong customer service skills
- Passion for professional services
- Interested in furthering your career
