About Our Client:


Our client is an innovative business-to-business solution service, who are a data collection and analytics company that aim to improve the supply chain efficiency in the pharmaceutical space.

This temporary role and may have potential permanency for the right person. This is a full-time role, Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm.

Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, your main role and responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Data entry of client information and downloading their customer data.
  • Answering inbound calls from customers about sales.
  • Use of excel spreadsheet and updating specific data points in the CRM system.
  • Outbound calls to already existing clients to collect data.
  • Development of customer relationships through high quality communication skills and customer service.

The Successful Applicant:


We are looking for a friendly and hardworking Customer Service & Data Entry Officer, who has excellent communication skills and is proficient with their data entry skills.

You will receive three-weeks of training and on-going support in the office environment, but you will need the ability to work autonomously as well.

This role will be required to working Monday - Friday, full-time hours, and this will be an in-office role.
