About the Role

The School seeks to appoint a fixed term Subject Coordinator (Teaching Associate - Part Time Teaching Only) with the capacity to teach in the area of Media and Communications (Internships).

The successful applicant will be a committed and engaging educator.


Responsibilities include:

  • Conduct lectures, seminars/tutorials in the required mode (eg. online, on campus, blended) to a high standard

About You

You possess excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and as a member of a team.

Your excellent organisational skills give you the ability to manage your own time effectively, administer multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines successfully.


You will also have:

  • Completion of a Doctoral or Master's qualification in the relevant discipline or equivalent relevant academic or professional or practicebased experience and expertise;
  • Professional experience in, or a deep understanding of, media industries;
  • Experience in supervising, coaching and supporting staff and fostering an effective teaching team;
  • Demonstrated experience of teaching diverse groups of students in a range of delivery modes
