The role:


The primary role of the Bulk Transport Controller is to support our bulk delivery network in meeting daily delivery requirements of our customers in a safe and efficient manner.


You will be responsible for training, guidance and contractor management to ensure all customers receive their beverages in full, on time and in a safe and sustainable manner. The Bulk Transport Controllers are responsible for a range of KPIs and tasks and m
anaging relationship between CCEP departments, carriers and major bulk customers.



Key responsibilities for this role include:


  • Total Recordable Injury Frequency Rate: Reporting & investigating hazards, Safety walks/conversations, Chain of Responsibility Audit; Vehicle & audit compliance.

Delivery Cost Per Case: Bulk delivery cost, identification of cost reduction initiatives.

Training & Competency: Training Audits

Customer Service: raising service tickets, returns, on time performance.

End of month settlement

About You

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Strong Business Acumen
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Customer Focus
  • Process Driven
  • Over 5 years of experience in the transport industry with both local and interstate experience
  • People management experience in leading teams and ability to manage contractors
  • Preferably relevant Tertiary Degree
