Chapter Lead to join our newly created
Digitisation & Operational Excellence team.
Reporting to the Head of Digitisation & Operational Excellence, you'll be responsible for coaching, developing and
managing your team of Customer Journey Experts and Product Owners in order to help our customers stay a step ahead in life and in business.

What are you going to do? You will be
- Driving the craftsmanship of Digitising processes and Digitisation solutions, ensuring they are fit for purpose for the end users (customers or internal staff) and in line with global standards and policy.
- Providing endtoend steering and oversight of Programs of delivery to drive successful outcomes to time and budget
- Supporting your team of Customer Journey Experts, Product Owners and the Delivery Squads to enhance performance
- Representing the voice of the customer, have a strong vision as to how to attract and retain customers and focus on continuously improving the customer benefits ING is offering and the key moments of truth for customers
- Proposing and implementing structural improvements to work processes, products, services or channels following improvement needs being identified
- Aligning the various stakeholders' differing interests ensuring that the squad's interest and priorities are met
What are we looking for? Someone who has
- Proven experience contributing to and driving thought leadership and strategic thinking with the Leadership team
- Demonstrated team management experience coupled with a strong coaching and development mindset
- Prior experience as a Product Owner/Customer Journey Expert, delivering complex end to end system implementations
- Proven experience in a similar role where they have been accountable, and committed to seeing deliverables through to completion
- Demonstrated cross functional stakeholder management experience
- Expertise in the fundamentals of at least one core pillar of either product, digitisation, management, process optimisation or channel optimisation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong organisation skills
- The ability to be proactive and able to thrive in an agile, fast paced environment
