Employment Consultant - Sydney, Australia - ORS
Description
As an Employment Consultant at ORS, you will be dealing with a range of clients who differ in a level of physical and psychological abilities and come from varying sociocultural backgrounds.
The aim of this role is to successfully obtain new employment opportunities for our clients who have been off work following a personal injury and are transitioning back into the work force.
Working alongside experienced allied health professionals, whose role is to assist the client with their return to work recovery, you will be a large part of that plan as the end goal is to return our clients to suitable employment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Proactively drive employment opportunities through new business, and existing employers
- Maintaining a billable target per day to reach monthly KPI's
- Identify new opportunities and leads, and ensure an opportunity pipeline is developed within internal reports and client updates sent to internal parties regarding the client / employment opportunities
- Working with Clients in relation to job seeking and job seeker training to assist them to be able to independently job seek
- Managing your calendar to maintain frequent appointments / contacts with clients
- Obtain a comprehensive understanding of workplace rehab programs / financial incentives and relay this information to prospective employers
- Monitor the satisfaction levels of your newly developed employers to provide a quality service that meets or exceeds their expectations. Repeat business is key in this area.
A few requirements:
- Ability to seek new opportunities and generate new leads proactively
- Employment services background
- Experience managing a large portfolio of clients
- High level of communication and selfmotivated
- Highly effective time management and administration skills
- Strong internal and external networking ability
- The ability to create and develop positive and impactful relationships to gain repeat business from your connections
- High level of analysis and problemsolving skills
- Flexibility to travel across the greater Sydney metropolitan area and occasionally to the Central Coast (Gosford)
